NuestroParaguay — a portal for those moving to Paraguay
NuestroParaguay is an independent information portal about immigration and life in Paraguay. We gather clear explanations in one place: how the path from temporary residence (Residencia Temporal) through permanent residence (Residencia Permanente) to citizenship works, what documents are needed, how long it takes, and what to do after moving.
The site is part of the NuestroParaguay community: «Entre mundos, otro camino» («Between worlds, another path»). Materials are written in Russian and automatically translated into English, Spanish, German, Portuguese, and French.

What the materials are based on
The basis is the Ley 6984/2022 on migration in Paraguay and the practice of document processing. Current requirements are always determined by the Dirección Nacional de Migraciones (Dirección Nacional de Migraciones); check your documents there before submitting them.
