What data we receive
When you submit a consultation request, we receive your name, contact information (phone, WhatsApp, or Telegram), the country you are moving from, and the subject of your inquiry. If you create an account, we also store the email and profile data you provided.
How we use them
Only for the purpose of contacting you regarding your inquiry about immigration and life in Paraguay. Applications are stored in our database and transmitted to staff members who have access via a private Telegram bot. We do not sell data and do not use it for third-party advertising.
Cookies and third-party services
- The np_lang cookie remembers the selected site language; the session cookie is required for logging into an account.
- Cloudflare hosts the site and may check visitors for automated requests (Turnstile).
- To automatically select the language and country in the form, the country is determined by IP address via the ipapi.co service.
- Page texts are translated automatically by Google Translate; only public website texts are sent for translation, not your personal data.
Your rights
You may request access to your data, its correction or deletion — write to us via contact page, indicating the contact information you provided in your application.
